- January 14th-16th -Winter Warm-up Weekends on Old Mission Peninsula. Visit any of the wineries on the Peninsula to enjoy mulled and other warmed wines from a souvenir mug.

- January 24th -Trattoria Stella’s Annual Winter Beer Dinner
- January 19th -Wine Immersion Seminar at Chateau Chantal. An all day event providing an excellent overview of winemaking, viticulture, and food and wine pairing. Hosted by witty and passionate winemaker Mark Johnson.
- January 19,20 – Beat the Winter Blues at Black for 10% discount on wines
- January 26th – What We Do For Flavor Cooking Class at Chateau Chantal- seasonings techniques in depth 12:30 – 5:30 $125 p/p

- February 9th -Winter Soups and Stews Cooking Class at Chateau Chantal. The basics plus some new additions to your repertoire like Tuscan mushroom soup and Apple Cheddar. In conjunction, The Grey Hare Inn will feature soup as a breakfast intermezzo this weekend.
- February 10th -TSO Saturday Family Symphony
- February 17th -3p Traverse Symphony Orchestra – Hollywood’s Greatest Melodies. The inn offers complimentary tickets to the event for its guests this weekend.
- February 13th -Song of the Lakes 25th Anniversary Celebration
- February 15-17th -Winter Warm up Weekend. Visit any of the wineries on the Peninsula to enjoy mulled and other warmed wine from a souvenir mug. The Grey Hare Inn will again be offering cross-country skiing on the inn’s 27 acres property, and a Saturday night bonfire.
- February 9-10th -Taste the Passion/Snowshoe Stomp. Snowshoe thru the vineyards and enjoy special wine pours, chocolate goodies and appetizers. Purchase tickets online at www.lpwine.com. Grey Hare Inn will also be offering snowshoe and cross-country skiing through the vineyards and orchard
- February 8th-Empire Winter Festival, cross country ski at the Grey Hare Inn offering fondue style menu.
- February 23rd-Sushi 101: Making Maki Cooking Class at Chateau Chantal $125 p/p
- February 24th-Last Sunday Jazz at Sunset at Chateau Chantal. Free 3pm
- February 28th- Boathouse and Brys Estate Winemaker’s Dinner 6 course gourmet dinner $50, Grey Hare Inn packages available to include this event
- March 1st-I like Meat Cooking Class at Chateau Chantal – Chef Nancy Allen teams up with a local meat cutter to teach you about meats, their cuts and appropriate uses. Classic and bistro style dishes will be prepared such as lamb shanks with polenta, $125 p/p. Grey Hare Inn guests that are participating in this experience will be asked to provide leftover samples of their efforts during the inn’s reception time and breakfasts will feature multiple meat items.

- April 5th -East of the Sun and South of the Border Class at Chateau Chantal – Chef Greve prepares spicy ethic dishes $125. In conjunction the Grey Hare Inn will feature Mexican huevos rancheros in this weekend’s breakfasts.
- April 20th-22nd or 27th-29th Food and Wine Festival at the Grand Traverse Resort, Acme. Wine seminars, winemaker dinners and a reception with the Leelanau and Old Mission wineries. www.grandtraverseresort.com
- April 19th-Wine Immersion Seminar at Chateau Chantal. $135
- April 19th -Traverse Symphony Beethoven & Brahms Complimentary tickets and breakfast theme will be English/German all weekend
- April 12th & 26th -Spring in Tuscan Cooking Class at Chateau Chantal. Tuscan food shines in the spring. Learn the luscious and lively cuisine of Italy and techniques of Tuscany where Chef Allen taught and learned many of these dishes. $125. The Grey Hare Inn’s menu this weekend with feature the wild onions and morels that along the inn’s woodland trails.
