2 Night-Stay minimum(no exceptions) : 

​2 night minimum must be in the same room, we do not allow guests to switch rooms during their stay.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received your reservation will be canceled and will reopen the dates to the public.

Refunds: During your stay if you choose not to stay the entire duration of the nights booked we will not refund any of your stay. 

​

Whole Inn Rental (two-night minimum) : Full deposit due at time of booking.

Cancelation Policy:

​

Please contact us no less than fourteen (14) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of any changes. At that time, your deposit will be refunded (less a $50 cancellation fee for single rooms and $150 for whole inn rentals).

Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (14) days prior to your original check-in date will result in the loss of your deposit. (Unpredictable winter weather is taken into consideration for the months of November-April. In cases of other severe and unsafe weather conditions we will gladly move your reservation to a further date, providing room vacancy.)

If you need to move your reservation date within less than 14 days of your original stay there will be a $100 fee plus any increase in rate change, nothing will be issued to guest in the case rate is lower. Guests can only make one date change and if not used by end of year it expires and no refund will be issued. 

 

Whole Inn Rentals require full payment upon booking and have a 30-day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date will result in a 50% loss of your deposit.

Smoking

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises. 

​

Children

Due to the nature of the Inn, we do not currently allow anyone under the age of 20. Exceptions may be made for whole Inn rentals.

 Pets

We love our furry friends, however we do not allow guests to bring pets at the Inn. Thank you for your understanding.

Quite Hour

Out of respect for all guests and inn keepers ability to prep the common areas are closed from 10pm-8am daily.

Breakfast

Breakfast is offered in our bistro at 8:45am with a 15 minute grace period. We do not allow guests to take breakfast into their room. We do not do food to go.

​

Outside Guests

Unless you are a staying at the inn no outside guests are allowed on the premises. This applies to both single rooms guests and whole inn rentals. Unfortunately we can not make any exceptions to this rule.

Rooms

2 guest maximum per room. We do not allow large coolers or food in the guest rooms due to fruit flies. The rooms do not have refrigerators or TV's.
